Use extension APIs for moderation

Where to start

Register a moderation endpoint managed by your organisation.

Steps

1. Open Integrations → Extension and enter a name, endpoint URL and an API key if required.
2. Use the test action to confirm the endpoint returns a valid moderation response.
3. In application configuration, open Moderation and select this endpoint instead of a moderation model. Test accepted and blocked inputs.

Check the result

An extension is an HTTP call to your endpoint, not a downloaded executable plugin. The endpoint receives user messages and follows outbound-access policy.
