Terms of Use

Who provides the app

The app is provided by Trần Duy, trading as xDev (“xDev”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at duy@xdev.asia.

Your license comes from Apple’s agreement

Your license to use the app is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple’s EULA”). These terms add to Apple’s EULA. If the two conflict, Apple’s EULA prevails.

Apple’s role

These terms are between you and xDev, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. If you have a question or a claim about the app, contact xDev, not Apple.

Price and xDraft Pro

The app is free. xDraft Pro is an optional one-time in-app purchase that unlocks extra features, described in the app and on the xDraft page.

Apple handles the purchase. The price is shown in the App Store before you buy, and Apple takes the payment. Refunds are requested from Apple under Apple’s policies. Pro is available through Family Sharing. If you reinstall the app or use another device with the same Apple Account, use Restore Purchases in the app’s settings to unlock Pro again.

Your content

Your maps and everything you put in them belong to you. We claim no rights to them. They are stored on your devices and, if you use iCloud sync, in your own iCloud account. xDev does not receive them. Keep your own copies of important maps; the app can export them and make backups.

AI output

AI features use Apple’s on-device model (Apple Intelligence). AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Review it before you rely on it or share it. You decide what to accept, and you are responsible for how you use the result.

Acceptable use

Use the app only in lawful ways. Do not use it to break the law or to violate the rights of others, and do not try to get around its in-app purchase or security protections.

AI apps you connect (Mac)

On a Mac you can let other AI apps, such as Claude Code or ChatGPT, read your maps. Those apps are third-party services. They are not provided by xDev, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. xDev is not responsible for what they do with the content they read.

No warranty

To the extent the law allows, the app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the app is free of errors or always available. Some places do not allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, xDev is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, that arise from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for xDraft Pro, if any. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using the app after that date, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. This does not take away any consumer rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
