Why don’t I see AI features?
AI features need Apple Intelligence, which runs on the device. They appear only on devices that support Apple Intelligence, with Apple Intelligence turned on in system settings, and in a language it supports. On other devices the AI features are hidden; everything else works.
The app says it can’t open my maps.
Quit and reopen the app. If the message comes back, contact us and mention that message; do not delete the app, because deleting it removes the maps stored on the device.
How do I delete my data?
Delete maps in the app; they wait in Recently Deleted for 30 days, or use Delete Permanently there to remove them now. Deleting the app removes the maps stored on that device.
